Balasar Amberflame Fallen

Balasar came to Daggerford hunting two missing dragonborn: his father Krug and Lord Sezzer. Sister Maren remembered a group of dragonborn at her inn months back, asking about the house on the hill before heading north.

In Death House he was the party's shield, the one who kept picking people up off the floor. He knocked his possessed friends down to drive a ghost out of them, then burned it away with holy light. He offered rations to a ghost child who couldn't eat them.

Under the house he said he couldn't abandon this and run. He bled on the altar himself rather than put a child on it, and told Walter to stand down, and Walter did. Then he stood between the creature and Genji until its second critical bite killed him. His body is still in the water under a house the party is never going back into. His cousin Nash came looking for him and found an empty grave.
