Village of Barovia

A small walled town under a castle on the mountain. The dead have come every evening at six for about a week, in waves, and the town loses two or three people a night. Half the families fled north to Vallaki with nearly every horse. The rest hold two gates with pitchforks, crossbows and scrap-metal swords.
